“THE STREETS OF STORIES”
“The streets of stories” traces the heritage of poetry, stories, music or put more simply, of the culture that has united Europe, the Mediterranean and Asia for centuries. On a musical backdrop created by a masterly and varied ensemble, two actresses narrate stories that echo with similarities and harmonies from the Mediterranean to Afghanistan in both Italian and Persian (with a simultaneous translation being projected onto a screen).

The texts that are read and sung span from Aesop to short stories that we find to be identical in Rumi and Boccaccio, from Ibn Hamdis (the most representative writer of the Arabic poetic school) to more recent and less well-known writers, such as Ignazio Buttitta.
“STROKE OF MILAN”
The falling of the cathedral, the heart and symbol of the city, is the trigger that unleashes a recovery of the original spirit of Milan, traceable in the whole of its story from the to nowadays. “Stroke of Milan”, a poetic-musical show written and performed by Dome Bulfaro and directed by Enrico Roveris, is not only new but also highly original:
it unites the western Judo- Christian culture with harmonic singing – by Lorenzo Pierobon – an eastern yoga discipline that allows the tuning of the person with the energy of the sound; it also unites the cross-over music, both historical and sensational, of Massimiliano Varotto and his percussion ensemble “Danno Compound”, with simple, popular music of the Milanese singer Francesco Marelli.
“THE TRAGEDY OF THE GRAND INQUISITOR”
The Tragedy of the Grand Inquisitor forces us to reflect on freedom and religious authority, on the admission of responsibility and on the possibility of a change of heart, which is necessary in today’s world. It brings back to life the message of Jesus, that places everyone of us facing the attack of the Inquisitor

that is pushing us to believe in only material needs that are only possible via obedience to authority, cancelling out the free, joyous and vital part of being human.
“PAGE FORTY”
Co-produced by the Arbor , ‘Page Forty’ recounts the story of Fiamma, a psychologist in a Hospice, who discovers that she has a Pancreatic tumor that leaves her only forty days left to live. It starts as a countdown retold in first-person by Fiamma and Miriam, a doctor at the hospice, who finds herself unwillingly, for strange reasons, accompanying her colleague and friend until her death.
“IANNACCI, IL TESSA
e alter duu Sciopàa”
The songs of Enzo Jannacci and the poems of Delio Tesso, interpreted in an ironic, bare, impassioned style by “alter duu s’ciopàa”: the storyteller Francesco Marelli and the poet Dome Bulfaro. The concert, thanks to the happy match between Jannacci and Tessa, and the bizarre montage of poems and songs by the two Milanese writers, traces the story of Milan from the shooting of the patriot Amatore Sciesa in 1851 until today.
